Lianhe Zaobao Wine Review Challenge is Singapore’s first independent wine competition and the most important wine competition in Southeast Asia, jointly brought to you by Lianhe Zaobao and Wine Review.

Wines awarded the Signature of Excellence are synonymous with the mark of uncomprising quality.

Each year, approximately 400 different wines from more than 40 countries & wine regions all over the world including France, Italy, Germany, Spain, South Africa, US, Australia, New Zealand etc, will vie for the Gold, Silver and Bronze awards in the 21 wine categories.

The annual Challenge’s judging panel of independent & distinguished wine experts, will go through a series of blind tasting tests to meticulously select the deserving wines.

This year, the Challenge celebrates its 10-year journey of excellence, success and the flowing joy of wine appreciation!

Held in conjunction with the 10th Lianhe Zaobao Wine Review Challenge 2008 are three exciting Public Wine Events that are not to be missed!

Singapore’s longest, continuous, independent wine competition celebrates 10 Years in 2008!

The Lianhe Zaobao Wine Review Challenge has been growing from strength to strength since it began in 1999. This year, the Challenge attracted 416 wines from around the world. Nine Gold, 33 Silver and 214 Bronze Medals were awarded.

The main motivation of The Lianhe Zaobao Wine Review Challenge has always been to offer to the wine loving public a solid body of award-winning wines that have been judged as the best in their categories by an expert panel.
